Introduction
Ms. Swagata Ghosh has been an ELT and Communication Skills expert training Indian and International students for the last 13+ years.She has worked in some premier Language Institutions like Symbiosis Language School, Pune and International Centre of Language,University of Pune. She was associated with Indian Express Newspaper, Pune as a city reporter. She also has experience in teaching Business Communication to BBA and MBA students. She completed her PhD in Comparative Literature from Symbiosis International University, Pune. She did her Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and also holds certificates from Cambridge University in Business English Certificate (Higher) and Teaching Knowledge Test.
