Dr Deepesh Chandrasekharan has over 20 years of teaching and training experience. He holds postgraduate degrees (and NET qualification) in Linguistics and English and a Phd in English Language Education (EFL-U, Hyderabad). His career spans roles in schools in delhi and Doha – Qatar, SSN College of Engineering and Shiv Nadar University , Chennai. He served as Executive Director of the CLIL, India Erasmus+ project and participated in the US State Department’s 3 week International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) . He has completed Cambridge’s CELTA and has published in reputed journals and contributed to books on topics related to language and power, multilingualism and language policy.
Published multiple co-authored and solo papers in reputable journals, including The IUP Journal of English Studies and Literary Voice, addressing diverse topics such as Multiple Intelligences in ELT and Indianization in literature.
Engaged in professional activities like chairing sessions, workshops and global conferences.
Presented at International conferences on linguistic identity , endangered languages and AI in language education.
