As the Associate Dean and Consultant at the Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science (KCLAS), he is instrumental in shaping the vision and growth of the School of Sports Science. With a strong educational foundation, including a Master’s degree in Yoga Science and an MBA, Rajmohan integrates the principles of Strength and Conditioning (S&C) with holistic health practices. His expertise spans Athlete performance diagnostics, Recovery strategies, and Long-term athlete development (LTAD). Rajmohan has worked with elite athletes, including Olympians, helping them achieve peak performance through personalized training programs and evidence-based methods.
Rajmohan’s career journey is marked by leadership roles in reputed organizations, including Invictus Performance Lab, Bangalore and Endorphins Corrective Exercise Studio, Kolkata. He has also played a pivotal role in organizing National-level events, such as the National Conclave on Sports Science, which launched the BSc Sports Science program at KCLAS. Beyond his professional pursuits, Rajmohan has conducted workshops for CRPF cadets and delivered impactful sessions on physical fitness and youth empowerment.
His hobbies reflect his vibrant personality, including practicing Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, mentoring aspiring Athletes, and exploring the latest advancements in Sports Science and Human Movement Science.
